Hi Everyone, I am busy with an Excel database. Currently, On this database, I have 2000 people.
I have the following column, Male and Female. Then I have an age breakdown column as follows:

Under 18
18 - 35
Over 35

I then have a summary page (separate tab) where I need The FORMULA to pull through as follows:

AgeMaleFemaleTotal
Under 18
18 - 35
Over 35

I just need to know how many males is under 18, 18 - 35, and over.

Can someone please assist with how I can formulate the above as it needs to pull through on the summary page?

I hope this explanation is clear.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Board!

You may be able to use COUNTIFS formulas, but the formulas will be highly dependent on your data layout.
Can you post a sample of your data?
Please be sure that the image shows the row and column numbers/letters so we can see exactly where the data resides.

Note that MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
