Hi,
I have data in text file in '|' (pipe) separated format. When I copy and paste that in excel sheet, i then use text to column formatting function. However, after this first instance, every time I copy data and paste on the another sheet of the same excel or even if I open new file and paste there, as long as sheet in which i did text to column is open, i see that text to column happens every time. Once I close first excel in which I did text to column and then open another one then only I can again paste the data is '|' (pipe) separated format - original format.
Please suggest, how can i stop that happening - in the next sheet of the same excel? If that is not possible then at least on the new file, without closing the one in which i have done text to column data formatting.
Rgds,
KK
