Excel Form on Local Area Network

Hi all.

I have a Lab wher 25 PCs are connected which other. I make a complain form, I want any one fill that form from own PCs about complain and that Complain regiister on my PCs in Main Complain Record Excel File.

File Name :: User Form (at client site)
File Name :: Main Comlain Record (at server site)

Plz Guide me

May be i unable to describe my question thats why people not interested to answer me.

The Scenario is......." A office more then 25 computer connected each other.
i am responsible for maintaining the Lab . if any one have any problem he/she send hard paper complain form i enter that complain in my main complain sheet (which have Dashboard too).
I want User enter complain in form instead of hard copy, i receive complain in my main sheet through form.

Any help appreciated....

Do you have Sharepoint onsite? If so you can use an InfoPath form to populate a Sharepoint list.

Otherwise you can look at setting up a collaborative workbook on Skydrive or Dropbox.

I dont know much abut share point.

Can u guide me about collaborative workbook on Skydrive or Dropbox, we dont have WAN want to have solution on LAN.

Yes tahts why i need LAN based solution.

Coz in our office complain registered only via LAN

I go through with ur suggestion making a form but unable to understand how to make that form independent so that user fill that form and when they press ADD that complain entre in my main sheet via LAN.
