excel for ipad 2

could anyone recommand a excel 2007 app a ipad2.
Mst haves;-
be able to build a spreadsheet on a window7 machine and transfer it via email or any other method to the ipad2 and be able to edit it. google docs is not a option, do not want to use cloud tech,

Why not cloud? You can have most features that Excel offers if you store the file in SkyDrive. It's free and it offers many editing options in the web browser, including iOS Safari. See here for details:

Windows Live and SkyDrive are free, and don't require CC's.

As for iPad, if you don't want cloud, you can use LogMeIn to connect to a windows machine, although Teyln's suggestion is the most practical.
