I have data and assignment is to arrange it in a single row using formula. Example:

Name City Income
Mike New York 2000
Smit London 1000
Renna Delhi 4000
John Chicago 1500
Ram Delhi 1200

Golu Delhi 8500

Question) Find all the persons living in New York or Delhi?
