Some program for someone else's stupidity was set on the table. After deleting this program, Excel files and folders which were on the desktop, among which was a very important Excel documents were damaged all. Help to solve the problem of recover that data quickly, please.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
What program was deleted? Deleting a program would not affect Excel workbooks' structure, although running the program might.

What exactly is the problem with opening the Excel files? Do you get an error? If so, what does it say?

In all likelihood, the program you downloaded, or the browser links it opened, resulted in malware being installed and corrupting your files. A good, updated, antivirus program would have detected this and prevented any damage being done. You should now ensure your system is completely free of the malware, then reload your damaged files from a known good backup.
