Excel file in Word

Hi All,
I am writing a procedure and would like to add a excel file within the word doc. Like when you add a pic, I want to add a file. I have seen this in other procedures so I know it is definately possible.

I am using office 07

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Please ignore I just solved this myself - pays to look a bit closer at things!
