Excel Export from Database

Hi there, I have a problem that I seek assistance with.

I use a commercial database called Case Manager. It's a data centre for health and invoicing information on my clients. The database is set up in viewing grids that I can set up manually. I.e if I want to see the Worker First and last name along with their DOB, I can just select these items and they come up in the viewing grid. One of the best features of this database is the ability to export the viewing grid to excel. The problem I have however, it that when I export the viewing grid to excel it actually brings up a different set of data from another file. I know it's not a database thing because it works on other computers within my organisation. It's almost like when I export the grid it can't overwrite the old file that was exported last time so it just uses the original one over and over again.

Any ideas would be appreciate.

Brent
