What causes this error and how do I get rid of it? '3.55E-15'

This is not an error-it's a scientific notation to display very small or large numbers. That is equivalent to 3.55x10^(-15) or 0.00000000000000000355.
To put it in standard notation, change the cell format to General.

I figured it out. If I use the round formula also, it shows as 0
