Hi, i am doing a class project for a company i work for that wants to know which customers are returning pails( pails product name in Column "ProdName" as shown in screenshot),and at what rate? The columns I am focusing on is customer name, product name, and removal date. There's thousands list of customers such as Kohl's, Fedex, AT&T, etc. The dataset shows orders from 2015-2019. My teacher wants me do data analysis for this spreadsheet. However, it's hard for me to do this because these variables are not numeric. I did a pivot table as shown in image attached. How would i use data analysis tools on excel for this particular dataset? I already have data analysis add-in that has regression, correlation, descriptive statistics, etc. I've already tried doing it for this spreadsheet, but it gives me error saying " input range contains non-numeric data". Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
