Excel Crashing Issues

Hello Everyone,
Using Windows 10 on a newer surface. Have a .xlsm file that's about 14,000 KB. Literally crashes when i try to do anything.. convert whole row of data to number, calculate formulas, etc. When i google this seems to be a huge ongoing issue and seems to have the same message from the same microsoft robot on every forum saying add ins, security settings. blah blah blah. Does anyone in here know of a fix?

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

So that we can get it right on the first try, can we see what your actual raw data workbook/worksheet(s) look like, and, can we see what the results (manually formatted by you) should look like?
