I'm trying to pull back a count of SLAs for a particular month with the count of "Met". The formula I'm using is:

=COUNTIFS(CONTAIN[Closed Month],Month, CONTAIN[SLA],"*Contain*",CONTAIN[Contained 4 Hrs], "Met")

I have similar formulas in this Dashboard that work fine that are similar, such as:

=COUNTIFS(SLA[Month],Month,SLA[Service Level Description],"*P3*",SLA[SLA Breach?],FALSE)

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Have you tried building up the countifs with a simple table and simple ifs?

It is difficult without a sheet infront of me to know what the formula is referring to.
