How to copy just the subtotal rows? It's one of the best features of Subtotals.
The group and outline button over here. #2 will collapse down to just the subtotal rows.
But then when I select this, if I would do a copy it copies everything.
The key is to hold down Alt and press semi colon.
Now when I do a copy it selects only the visible cells.
Alt+semi colon is the shortcut for this QAT icon called Select Visible Cells. You can add it to your QAT.
Now that I have it copied, Ctrl N for new. Ctrl+V to Paste and I get just the subtotal rows.
