How do I merge 3 to 7 cells with text strings such as:

A1= Baking Powder,
B1= Chowder
C1 = Chocolate powder
D1 = Soft Gel
E1= Chocolate

The desired outcome is:" Baking powder, Chowder, Chocolate powder, Soft Gel, Chocolate"

I got an error with Transpose as soon as it encountered a 2-word combination

Sincere thanks

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Either:

=A1&", "&B1&"," etc etc

or:

=TEXTJOIN(", ",TRUE,A1,B1,C1,D1,E1)

depending on your excel version.

Code:
=CONCATENATE(A1,", ",B1,", ",C1,", ",D1,", ",E1)

Or just use the concatenate operator & like suggested before.
