Hi
I have two values in non adjacent cells (C4 and J4) that I wish to swap between them by clicking a single command button, and that can be done any number of times needed. I know how to insert a command button but I really don't know VBA coding. I googled my problem but I can't manage to find a code that resolves this particular action.

I hope I provided the necessary information.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Try this:
Code:
Sub Swap_Values()
'Modified 12/20/2018 2:53:04 AM  EST
Dim ansone As String
Dim anstwo As String
ansone = Range("C4").Value
anstwo = Range("J4").Value
Range("J4").Value = ansone
Range("C4").Value = anstwo
End Sub
