Not sure how to accomplish what I am looking to do... I want take the attached (see Dropbox link below) workbook, and create charts for the different types of police calls. And filter by date. Two charts... I want to report how many "trespass", "MDOP", etc. there are. And then number of calls per month or quarter... on a different chart. I drew it out too. Can't figure out how to filter, then chart, etc.

Hi, How are you? Your data needs a bit of cleanup, first categorize the titles, then convert the dates into quarter indices, then create a pivot table. From there, you’ll be able to generate charts.
Once you sort things into categories, your chart will kinda look like this, this is a just for your reference, not a formal chart.
