Excel Chart

hi,


i have a chart that shows information for two populations.

One is shown as positive and the other negative.

it is so we have bars "mirrowing" one another.

But the negative values are also shown on the Y axis.

Question;

how could i have only positive number being shown on the chart while maintaining the overall look?

i have found this as an example of what i need to achieve.
