Excel Chart to compare forecast of previous and current year

Hi, Is it possible in excel to make a chart similar to one provided in the link to compare forecast of previous and current year?. If not excel than which other tool can be used to make similar chart.

From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)

Sir, this is the type of chart I want to reproduce in excel. Is it possible, Tried Bar charts but not getting the desired effect

I've not seen that. But, there are excel add ins with graphs and such you can find. Go to microsoft store and search.
