Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
I have made the chart from a pivot charts. and it has 4 columns. I am doing this on a single page with many charts for a report and thought of making it smaller.

Thank you for your time for asking.

I was kind of hoping for a screen shot. You say the chart has 4 columns. Does that mean 4 categories, or 4 series, or something else? How large is the pivot table (how many rows, columns), and what fields does it have in what areas?
