Hi i have a recent problem with excel, when I enter a whole number with no decimal point, it automaticly moves the decimal point two spaces.
I have un-instaled and re-instaled excel in my mac, but it keeps doing it.

Example

if I enter 5, it shows .05
if i enter 100, it shows 1.00

but if i enter 12.5, it shows 12.5, so it only changes the numbers if i dont enter a decimal point.

Please Help.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
In Excel 2003 there is a 'Fixed decimal' Checkbox under Tools|Options|Edit tab. In Excel 2007 Excel Options is on the Office Button dialog. In Excel 2010 Options is on the File tab.
