Excel change value at the end of the month

Hello,

I want to reset the value of cell E5 on tab2. Every new month the value has to be 001. Is there any option to reset this value every month automatically?
Hope there is something possible.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
