Excel button that uploads a workbook and extracts data

I want to make an excel tool that has a button where I can upload a workbook. Once the workbook is uploaded the tool will:

1. Filter the workbook so only rows that have "Active Loan" in Column M and "Locked-NoRequest" in Column AU stay
2. Extract specific columns from the left over rows (specifically code which columns to extract)
