Excel Bar Charts- Show value when you hover your mouse?

Is there a way in an excel bar chart to show the value of the bar when you hover your mouse over the bar in the chart?

strange, mine already does.

Mine is 2007. Do you know if 2007 has this capability?

Okay, from my 2007 version i see it as well. Here is a picture.

Only thing i can think of is that you first have to select the chart then the hover works.
