Excel Automation From Horizontal to Vertical

This is the example of vertical format I am looking for, is a there faster way (automation/vba) for me to use?
I have been doing it manually

try Power Query (Get&Transform) with unpivot selected columns, maybe it will work

sorry mate but for the pictures I am using Photoshop so I can't use your examples. Power Query doesn't support pictures but you can read Power Query Documentation
I suggest to use XL2BB and post your examples again
