Hello all,

Im not sure if this is the right area to post this question, so if it is not, I won't be offended if it is moved.

I was recently hired as a consultant to do some Admin Assistant type stuff. After a month or so, they realized that I had some skill with excel (Thanks in large part to this site), and have now switched my job duties to Excel Automation.

I have asked for a raise since what I am doing now is not something that the 3 other admin assistants do or have the knowledge or skill to do. The boss said that was a reasonable request, and that we would discuss it further when he returns from india next week.

My question is, What is a reasonable pay rate for this type of work. Any advice is appreciated.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
