I'm using the Query function in excel where I'm pulling data from the Web. Specifically I'm using live sports data from a website - this is then being used by a graphic software to display for livestream/broadcast. With the query I have no issue in retrieving the data and accessing it with my graphic software - however when selecting connection properties it can only auto refresh in minutes (it requires an integer)

Is there anyway I can make the query auto-refresh every "n" seconds? Ideally I would like it to update the stats every 2-5 seconds with change on the website stats.

I've looked into using VBA code but can't find anything for this issue.

Thanks!
