Hello Excel Wizards,

I am looking how to set up my excel so that I can put a number into Hitting/Pitching/Fielding/Popfly's/Running but shows up as stars and then gives me the rating. I know I can do numbers but stars (or even half stars) would be pretty cool.

It would need to work on my phone as I will need to input the number in the correct cell pretty quickly.

Any help would be appreciated!

The only way I know how to do this is to use conditional formatting, but it will only show one star per cell. So you would need 6 columns for each stat: one for the number, 5 for up to 5 stars.

I have attached a sample file here. >=0.5 is a half star, <0.5 is no stars.

I have not tested this on a mobile device. Please let me know if it works, and if not, what happens instead.
