Hello, I'm new to Excel and the database that I use is SQL Server Management Studio. While I have found it incredibly helpful to pull data from my database into Excel, I have not thus far found a way to push data to my database from Excel.

While doing some research online, I found an Add-in created by someone that does exactly that (and more, I assume). But that Add-in comes with a price. Is there a way to push data to my SQL Server within Excel without spending money on the Add-in? Is pushing data to a database a native feature of Excel?

Thanks in advance.

How do you pull the data? ODBC?

Should just be as simple as using a ADODB connection once you have the connection string

We pull the data using the Data Tab, select Get Data (on the far left), From Database, and then From SQL Server Database. I'll admit my ignorance. I don't know what OBDC is.

If you can
Record a macro of you doing the above and post the code
