I have built a forecast module in Power BI. To feed the power bi, I have created a master template. The master template is being used to feed back into the Power BI. The master template however is fed by the same power bi that is live data. I have the part numbers, customer information etc that is coming from a live data table and shows all new parts and customers. When a forecast value is entered into the master template in excel, the values appear in the power bi. However, when a new part number appears and shows up from the power bi, the values entered in excel do not stay with the parts that were entered. How do I get these to link and stay permenantly and not move to different parts when a new cell apepars?
