Excel and automatically changing hyperlinks?

Hi,

Hope you can help, pretty stuck on this one!

We have a basic table with the data headers: FirstName, Surname and company.

We then want to have a further header with a google web link in that the parameters of the google hyperlink change with the data in first name surname and company.

eg: A1= John B1= Smith C1= ACME Company

if i search this criteria on google the link reads:

http://www.google.com.hk/search?hl=...al&q=john+smith+++acme&aq=f&aqi=g-v1&aql=&oq=

so we would like the words JOHN, SMITH and ACME to be dependant on the specific data in each of the rows and for the link to update automatically

Any help anyone can give would be great!!
