Excel and Access

Is there any program or how do you do make changes to Access from Excel? I need to use Excel (its what my company loves) but make the changes I make in the spreadsheet back to Access (so I can manipulate it easier). The spreadsheet uses the same headings as in my Access data base.

Instead of importing data into Access, link your table to Excel. Then any changes to the Excel table are immediately reflected in the linked Access Table.

Not easily. You cannot update the table directly (linked Excel files come across as read-only objects).
So that would take some somewhat complex VBA code to update the Excel file from Access.
