Excel all possible combinations ... except some

I am looking to get all possible outcomes from columns A to P to be listed in cell Q. I will try to upload the excel document but the results should be displayed in the following format, with no spaces between: [TABLE="width: 1024"]

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

please try and imagine the cells (A1,B1 etc.)
