Excel Add-In and becoming a Trusted Publisher

Hi, we provide Excel VBA Add-Ins to our customers.

I've tried to find out what I will need to be listed as a Trusted Publisher by Microsoft so that the macros that they contain are not blocked.

All the sites I come across are trying to sell me their certification which includes certification for drivers which I do not need (I don't think)

Any help will be appreciated.
