Being new to both Google Sheets (GS) and Excel 365 I need some advice. I left GS because the stock data was not reliable. I bought Excel 365 because I assumed this would not be an issue, but I am viewing about 850 symbols and I show about 5%+ do not have historical price data. My sheet shows #N/A or 0 for them. I then looked up each symbol to verify each one was trading and had historical data available.

So my question is what are people using for end of day data when using Excel 365 and are there any free services that are reliable?

P.S. MSFT's data vendor for stock history is a big well established company. I am sure they are paying them big $$$. It's a shame it's not reliable.

I don't have a need for that information. Suggest you go to the web site and review it for the answer.
