Excel 2021 - Filter function to exclude only one value

Title pretty much says it. Is there a filter function criteria that will exclude just one value?

In the example below is it possible to only omit Tim?

School	Course	Name
New York	Art	Dorothy
New York	Literature	Mark
Los Angelos	Trade	Tim
Boulder	Science	Amy

=FILTER(B3:D6,D3:D6<>"Tim")
