Excel 2021 - Filter function to exclude only one value

Title pretty much says it. Is there a filter function criteria that will exclude just one value?

In the example below is it possible to only omit Tim?

SchoolCourseName
New YorkArtDorothy
New YorkLiteratureMark
Los AngelosTradeTim

this should do what you want from Excel 2021 and above ..

Excel Formula:
=FILTER(B3:D6,D3:D6<>"Tim")

I feel like I was supposed to be able to figure that out. But I drew a complete blank. Thank you.
