Excel 2016 VB program to import text files and ignore commas in text fields

I created a simple VB program in Excel 2010 that imported 5 fixed width text files and saved the data on 5 separate tabs in a workbook.

We recently migrated to Excel 2016 and now the VB program creates a column break whenever there is a column in a text field.

Is there some VB code that imports fixed width files and ignores commas?
