Hi,

I work with someone who installed the new excel 2016.

For some reason when he clicks ‘data connections’ under the ‘data’ tab it shows up as a side panel instead of a box. We have found this to be difficult to use and limiting as there doesn’t seem to be a way to add new connections in a new workbook.

I have excel 2016 as well and we frequently add in data connections but my data connections show up as a box. Does anyone know how to change the settings to have the data connections show as a box?

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
