When trying to insert a screenshot using the insert screenshot button in excel 2013 is shows the web page but with a blank/blacked out image. I can insert a clipped screenshot and I can copy and past the screenshot into excel with no problem. I was thinking it may be some sort of security setting that is preventing the insertion of the complete screenshot. Can anyone help me with this?
