Hi All,

Using Excel 2013.

I am looking to produce a count of inputs in the sheet that do not meet a one hour deadline.

Other factors need to be met or omitted in the sheet

So far I have this formula

=COUNTIFS(B2:B4994,"0",I2:I4994,"0",C2:C4994,"<>CPU",C2:C4994,"<>laptops")

With the entries that match the above criteria I now need to perform a calculation for each where two columns are compared to one another, a calculation is performed and those outside of 1 hour are COUNTED.

Time Open
19/01/2015 11:00:00

Time Closed
19/01/2015 14:00:00

i.e. I need to know how many times it took over one hour to close a sale on items in the shop that were not laptops or CPUs.

My first post so I hope this makes sense.

Thanks,

masda

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
welcome to the board

it does not make easy reading

we can not see the data your existing formula is working to

try posting some sample data ( make it up as example not real data)

and then from that data give us an after sample of what you would like ..

tell us in words not formula what you want to achieve ..

regards
