When opening theExcel 2003 version of the workbook, it roughlytakes 5 seconds to open. This is about 60 MG in file size.<o

There's no VBA code in AutoOpen event. I am accessing both files in the C: drive. There are no conditionally formatted cells.
Is there anything we can do to make the Excel 2010 version of the workbook open faster? Is there a setting that we must turn on?
Many thanks,
