Excel 2010 VBA beginners book?

I am looking to expand my knowledge of Excel and move into VBA. I need a beginners book to start. I know Mr.Excel does have a book but a lot of reviews say its not for beginners. I really need one that very clearly explains thing for the true beginner into VBA.
