Hello,

I have a pivot table which I have formatted to be in the classic view. I'm trying to sort the data based on the 4th column (which are dates) but it doesn't seem to work? I would like it to be in Date order and the only way I seem to be able to do it is by bringing the dates to be in column 1 but I'd like them to be in column 4.

Eg...

Filters:
Year
Month
Column1:
Name
Column2:
Contact Name
Column3:
Channel
Column4:
Date
Column4:
Grading

Any ideas?

Cheers,
C

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
