Excel 2010 found unreachable content?

When opening an excel file i get this error, Respond YEs to continue and all of the graphs have been removed.
This error occurs intermittently .
Running Windows 7 32bit, 4gb memory it doesnt show the machine out of resources?
Can anyone help?

Excel Facts
