Excel 2000 and Colo's HTML Maker

FAQs for the Colo's HTML Maker says, "These directions were written using Windows 2000 and XP, and Excel 2002 and 2003. I have no clue what the correct directories are for Macs or any other version of Windows/Excel."

I have Win 2000 but use Excel 2000. Does anyone else with Excel 2000 use this add-in and if so, are there any changes to the download/install instructions? If not useable, what have you substituted?
