Hi,

I've formatted a pie chart into company colours, is there now a way that i can save these colours as a theme and simply select that as opposed to one of the schemes in the ribbon?

Thanks

Ben

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Hello, Ben

When you have Excel 2007 open and have the chart selected, go to the Chart Tools, Design ribbon. On the right end of the ribbon is a group called Type. Choose SAVE AS TEMPLATE. Excel will take you to the default folder for chart templates on your hard drive. Save it there.

Now, when you need this specific set of chart formats, select the data and go to the Insert ribbon. Clicking on any of the chart types gives you an option at the bottom of each button for ALL CHART TYPES. Click on this. At the top of the chart types list is the TEMPLATES folder. Click on it to open it and your template is viewable. Double-click it to render your current chart.

I hope this helps!

Thanks,
Shirlene
