Hi there
I need to make one of my fields in a table accept 10 text characters, no more, and no less.
For the "no more" part, I've used the Input Mask with 10 # signs, but I don't know how to specify the "less than" part.

This is for membership numbers that consist of 10 digits.
Please could you advise?
Thank you

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Try an Input Mask of "&&&&&&&&&&".

The "&" mask is defined as "Any character or a space (entry required)."

See "Input mask syntax and examples" in Access help for for details and examples.
