Exact match a specific word to a list (Column A) & sum consecutive numbers (in column B)

Hi all, Hope everything is good.
Will appreciate your help.

I am trying for
Exact match a specific word to a list (Column A) & sum consecutive numbers (in column B).
I've tried to do it with =SUM(IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(D2,$A$2:$A$6)),$B$2:$B$6))
But it doesn't work, as it doesn't exact match word to word

There is a way around by using space at the end of each word in each cell
But that is not what can adopt for the sake of complete project.

=SUMIF($A$2:$A$5,$D2&"*",$B$2:$B$5)

in E2 and pull down
