There are no known issues with the XL2BB add-in causing the problem you described. Therefore, I should assume that it is related to your installation on Excel 2019/Windows, and try to find the reason for this assumption.
Does it happen for "any" range? Even with only A1 cell is selected?
What happens when it "crashes"? Any error message?
Which version of XL2BB are you using (the most recent version is 2.0)? Did you have any previous version installed, and uninstalled it prior to installing a newer version?
Did you try uninstalling the add-in completely, and make a clean install?
