I have B1-B10 thats links to cell A1
I have B11-B21 thats links to A2
i have B22-B32 rows that links to A3
And so on............

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
B1:B10 is 10 cells, B11:B21 is 11 cells. Are you sure thats what you mean??

Maybe : =OFFSET(A$1,INT((ROW())/11),0)

Put in B1 and fill down
