EventChange Help....Again.

I received help on something similar to this a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to get the concept enough to apply it in different scenarios.

What I am needing is for an event to run when any cell in column a is changed.

Here is the code I have.

I can't seem to get this code to trigger the following code, but when the following code is used in the run to cursor mode, it works.
